Vote up the greatest of all of Kate McKinnon's characters from her time on Saturday Night Live.

Kate McKinnon from Saturday Night Live is known for playing eccentric characters, from overly sexualized alien abductees to cat-obsessed matchmakers. Her versatile personas and comedic timing make her performances fan favorites. Let's sift through all of Kate McKinnon's hilarious SNL characters.

Colleen Rafferty, the abductee from the "Close Encounters" sketches, is a riot with her deadpan delivery and bizarre abduction stories. Her recounting of alien encounters is filled with inappropriate details and innuendos, leaving her fellow SNL cast members struggling to keep a straight face.

Barbara DeDrew, the cat-obsessed owner of Whiskers R We, has an intense love for her feline friends. Barbara's subtle hints about her own sexual preferences add another layer of humor to her crazy cat-lady character. Barabara's passionate speeches and cheesy cat jokes make for an SNL favorite.

Then there's Debette Goldry, the out-of-touch old Hollywood actress who brings laughs with her wild stories of Tinseltown's golden age. Her sexual tales and outdated views on the industry highlight McKinnon's knack for satire.

Now it's your turn to decide which Kate McKinnon character takes the top spot. Vote for your favorite and see who reigns in the world of SNL!

    Colleen Rafferty

Without a doubt McKinnon's most well-known character, Colleen Rafferty is everything Kate McKinnon does best wrapped up into one sketch. Sitting with her legs apart and smoking a cigarette right down to the filter, Rafferty explains, in that coarse, blunt, McKinnon way, her less than ideal alien abduction experience as her friends describe their transcendent close encounters. Showcasing just how funny McKinnon is when she's not doing much at all - she has Ryan Gosling and company laughing throughout the entire sketch - Colleen Rafferty became a fan favorite even before she got dumped on top of that Long John Silver's.

    Barbara DeDrew

Barbara DeDrew is a very simple carricature of a cat lady, but Kate McKinnon brings all her wierdness to the character as she slurs and smiles her way through this pun-filled sketch. Laughing it up with Kristen Wiig, whose character lost track of her age in a bunker, McKinnon's DeDrew is one of her most popular characters, maybe because of the wig, because of the Wiig, or just because the sketch has a lot of cute kittens.

    Olya Povlatsky

Whenever Russia is in the news, whether it's during the Sochi Olympics or because of Ukraine, it gives Kate McKinnon a chance to do her best Russian accent and appear as the beleaguered Olya Povlatsky on Weekend Update. In true McKinnon fashion, Olya enjoys shouting (through deranged smiles) about how miserable her life is as those around her try not to laugh. She also dated a dog who was the top lawyer in her village, so that's something.

    Debette Goldry

Debette Goldry is Hollywood royalty, although when she shows up at various film functions and panels with other celebrities, it becomes clear just how ancient, out of touch, and insane she really is. Featuring McKinnon as the most nonsensical, rambling old actress, Goldry defends every horrible practice of Hollywood as the females around her seem shocked at what she had to endure. From being forced to marry a gay chimpanzee to being doped up on opium throughout her career, Goldry is a relic that McKinnon plays with ease.

    Sheila Sovage

In the "Last Call" recurring sketches, McKinnon's Sheila Sovage plays a sad and desperate drunk who ends every night hooking up with whoever's left in the bar. Featuring McKinnon's expert physical comedy chops and her trashy deep-voiced charm, Sheila is the typical McKinnon character that SNL fans can't get enough of.

  • Deenie, Somebody's Mom

    Deenie, Somebody's Mom

Somebody's mom, Deenie, has watched some of The People v. O.J. Simpson and now she's on Weekend Update to talk about it. But of course, like everyone's mom, she goes off on tangents, doesn't know any character's name, continually talks about how she can't work her TV and is also constantly eating Brussel sprouts and imitation crab.
